On the home page, users will be able to learn more about the company, the services, and the employees, through the easily accessible graphics. This represents the important features that need to be presented to potential clients.
Because it's important for clients to understand who's running the company, our team realized the need of placing the 'About' page first. When a prospect visits your website for the first time, they head to the 'About' page to find out if they can trust you and believe that the company knows what they're doing. 'Our Team' page gives clients more context and contact information about the firm's employees. With pictures of the employees, it gives a face to the name of the people that are working on clients' accounting.
An important aspect of running an accounting firm is creating an easy portal to allow clients to set up an appointment. With the 'Services' page, customers can easily see a list of the services that the company offers, with duration and potential prices. They can also click on each description to read more about the services. When customers are ready to book a service, they can click the 'Book Now' button and it will direct them to a calendar for them to fill out. The website also contains an FAQ page since most customers tend to ask the same questions.
